Spanska Fastighetsfonden is a Spanish limited company (sociedad limitada) and we have two business areas: investments and brokerage. Our investment section focuses on buying predictable cash flow through the acquisition of core and value add residential rental properties in Costa del Sol, Spain. Our other business areas include brokering commercial real estate in Spains main cities. We cover the entire Spanish market, from Barcelona in the north to Malaga in south and from Seville in the west to Valencia in east.
